One Year Performance Guarantee

WAVE Home Solutions offers a unique full performance guarantee, which permits you to obtain a refund for the purchase price of the HydroCare unit one year from date of purchase.

As it may take a significant time to reduce the limescale buildup that has already adhered to the inside of your water pipes, the unit must be allowed to operate for at least four (4) months. This will provide the opportunity to fully realize the effectiveness and benefits of this unit, after which a return can be authorized. If the unit is returned prior to 4 months from the date of purchase, a $55 restocking fee plus a freight and handling charge each way will be deducted from the refund.

To return and receive credit, call our service department and request a return authorization number. Package the unit per FedEx specifications, and return with proof of purchase and authorization number clearly marked on the box.

Our performance guarantee is limited to the purchase price of the unit, but not for any consequential, incidental or any other damages connected therewith.

This performance guarantee is restricted as above and is not applicable to any parts warranty, which is covered separately.
